Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in its original packaging.

We accept returns for change of mind, as well as for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Return conditions

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Items must be sent back in proper condition for inspection.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Damaged or incorrect items

If the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer must report it within 7 to 14 days after delivery, including photos of the product and packaging.

After review, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Sale items

Sale or discounted items are also eligible for refunds if they meet the return requirements.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a timeframe depending on the bank or payment provider.
